Check In Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm. On occasion exceptions can be made, if possible.
Check Out Policy:
Check out time is 11am. On occasion exceptions can be made, if possible.
Smoking Policy:
We DO NOT allow smoking in any of our rooms. We do, however, have porches that have seating
and ashtrays available to those who do smoke. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Pets:
We do not allow any pets to stay with us on the property.
Consumable Items:
Guests that are staying with us on a long-term basis, over two weeks, are expected to provide their own consumable housekeeping items, such as soaps, garbage bags, paper goods, etc.
Housekeeping:
We do offer weekly housekeeping to those guests staying with us long-term.
Deposit:
We require a deposit for all bookings based upon length of stay.

Cancellation Policy:
There will be a cancellation charge under two circumstances. First, if the reservation is canceled
within 30 days of arrival and second, if a guest ends their stay with us before the agreed upon date
of departure and fails to give a 30-day written notice.
